Does anyone have nutritional info for green/unripe papaya? : nutrition


I can only find info on (what I assume is) ripe papaya, because that’s the way most people eat it in the West. But I don’t think it’s accurate to count green papaya as the same considering it has no sugar in it yet and is probably closer to like cucumber or radishes in terms of nutrition.

I’m making a green papaya salad.
