Is it any wonder red meat is considered a possible carcinogen when it’s cooked like this?

Lots of nice carcinogens on the outside. All to get that maillard reaction.

Usually accompanied by a sugary sauce and fries.

Could it be the way the meat is cooked and what it's served with and not the meat itself?
