Hi nutrition board! I recently purchased some Del Monte brand Fruit and Chia cups. It’s effectively flavored and soaked chia seeds with hunks of fruit in them. Here is the nutrition label. They are a really tasty treat and something I would use as a “dessert” or sweet treat when craved.
I guess I can’t decide if this is “healthy” or not? Is it a good choice or is there something I should be looking towards instead?
