I want to try getting into oatmeal again, but I want the most nutritious type. What would you advise is the best type of oat meal to go for in terms of taste and nutrition, and what should I put on it to make it taste better? My boss always has blueberries and raspberries in his. I think this was the Oat meal I tried previously. I want to avoid sugar as much as possible, and as a lactose intolerant I will probably be taking it with Almond or Soy milk. Never liked oatmeal so any way to shake the flavour is appreciated!
